What we collect at checkout

To make and hand over your bouquet we ask for:

  • your name, mobile number and email address;
  • a delivery address, if your courier is collecting from us for you;
  • your preferred date and time, and any notes you leave for the florist;
  • proof of payment, if you pay by bank transfer or e-wallet.

We use these only to prepare your order, contact you about it, and keep a record of the sale. If you create an account, we also keep your saved addresses and order history so you do not have to type them again.

Cookies

The shop sets a small number of cookies it needs to work:

  • cart — the bouquets in your cart, kept for up to 30 days;
  • buynow — a single bouquet when you press Buy now, kept for an hour;
  • customer_session — keeps you signed in, if you have an account.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to understand which of our Facebook and Instagram posts bring people to the shop. It records events such as viewing a bouquet, adding one to your cart, starting checkout and placing an order, along with the bouquet, the amount and the currency.

We do not send Meta your name, phone number, email address, delivery address or notes. Meta may set its own cookies and use them under its own privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook settings or with your browser's privacy controls.
